Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning classes are gym based, moderate to high intensity and full body focused. Exercise type and intensity are tailored by our physiotherapists for each client based upon the client’s goals and pre-existing physical limitations.

All classes are physiotherapist led to ensure client safety and maximum effectiveness of each workout.
