We provide Physiotherapy Pilates

Pilates is a low-intensity, full-body strength and conditioning form of exercise. It is often helpful in the management of low back pain and neck pain, but is highly effective in improving overall muscle balance, posture and coordination.

Physio One offers individual Pilates classes and group Clinical Pilates classes, run by one of our experienced Physiotherapists. Physio One Pilates instructors are qualified Physiotherapists who have undergone additional training in Clinical Pilates. Pilates at Physio One is suitable for all ages and levels of ability. No prior experience is required since our Clinical Pilates instructors tailor classes for you and any injuries/conditions which you may have. We advise you to contact our clinic for an individual assessment with one of our Physiotherapists, prior to your first session.

We recommend to please bring a towel and water bottle to the session. All other equipment and mats are provided. Clinical Pilates classes are Health fund rebateable – however this depends on your individual cover with your health insurance. Please contact us with any questions.
