NDIS Physiotherapy

NDIS Physiotherapy

At Physio One our team of Physiotherapists work with NDIS participants to treat a variety of conditions ranging from:
– Pain
– Neurological conditions e.g. multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, ABI etc.
– Mental health conditions e.g. depression
– Musculoskeletal conditions
– Paediatric conditions
– Rehabilitation post-surgery
– Vestibular conditions

Our Physiotherapists use a combination of hands-on treatment and exercise therapy to best manage NDIS participants with services that can include:
– Exercise programming delivered in our gym and via home exercise programs given to participants to improve strength, flexibility and independence within the community
– Mobilisation of joints and other tissues to reduce stiffness and pain that may be reducing a participant’s independence.
– Education and changes to the environment to improve body awareness and reduce load on the body to improve posture.
– Soft tissue massage to reduce pain.
– Re-education with mobility aids e.g. wheelchairs, walking sticks etc.

All physiotherapy services for NDIS participants are available at our clinic, or via telehealth. Please call to book an appointment.

– Assess your condition based upon your goals
– Examine muscle strength, balance, endurance and joint mobility
– Review available aids to assist in any mobility goals discussed
– Ask for contact information for other members of your health team e.g. doctors, occupational therapists etc.
– Form a service agreement
